(Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Joji Hayashida; hereinafter "the Company"), which is dedicated to the development of next-generation allergy immunotherapy with the vision of "Toward a World Free of Allergies," hereby announces that, based on a resolution at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 24, 2026, the Company transitioned to a company with a board of directors on the same date and implemented executive personnel changes as follows.
■Transition of the governance structure
Along with the transition to a company with a board of directors, we have established the position of accounting advisor to strengthen the independence and effectiveness of the management oversight function.

■Appointment of an accounting advisor
We have appointed Certified Public Accountant Teruhisa Tajima as an accounting advisor to establish a system that ensures the appropriateness and transparency of our accounting practices.
■Background of the personnel change
Anticipating our transition from the non-clinical to the clinical trial stage, and with the aim of enhancing the independence and effectiveness of our management supervisory functions, we have integrally implemented a transition to a company with a board of directors, the appointment of outside directors, and the establishment of corporate auditors. Concurrently, we have transitioned to a management structure overseen by Hayashida, who brings practical experience in startup management, thereby aiming to achieve both prompt decision-making and a high level of corporate governance.
Under the new management structure, we will steadily advance the clinical development of HSO-001 and strive to maximize corporate value.
